I have over a decade of experience in residential development in the Metro Denver area; however, my passion for quality craftsmanship began as a child. My father was a professional drywaller and carpenter, and I was involved in job-site projects from the time I could hold a broom. I learned to have a sense of pride in the quality of my work and an attention to the craft and detail of home construction that I bring to each one of my projects today.
I started out by renovating distressed properties in the Denver area and gradually transitioned into new urban infill construction projects over the course of 12 years. My focus has always been on blending the character of the architecture of our city neighborhoods with modern amenities, aiming to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal. I take pride in my role in shaping Denver's housing market, striving to create spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional for the residents of our city.

Managing Broker
I moved to Denver from Vermont in 1996 with short-term intentions, but fell in love with this beautiful state and my husband. Phil, and I have lived in the Whittier neighborhood for the last 16 years, gone through the process of updating two 100 year old houses, and started a family that includes our two boys, Caiden and Greyson. I graduated from college with a BA in Education and worked as an elementary school teacher. When I moved to Denver I began working as a General Manager in a popular downtown restaurant, and during this time I purchased my first home. This was a fun and positive experience for me, that led me to become a Mortage Broker for six years. However, my personal interest in helping others led me to become a Realtor in 2007.
I believe my success as an agent is attributed to my ability to listen to buyers and sellers, help them assess their goals and needs so they can make informed decisions. It has always been my goal to serve clients with utmost respect and thought. I believe knowledge is power and want to grant my clients the ability to make their own informed decisions and take control of their own experience. I am different from other agents because of my extensive knowledge of mortgage financing, and background in construction, education, and sales. Whether you are looking for a rental, fix and flip, or your next home, I can help you identify the right property for you. I love my job, and enjoy making this important process fun and exciting. My zest for helping others has proven to be one of my strongest attributes, making me successful and my clients thoroughly satisfied.

Purchasing or selling a home is a large financial step for many and often occurs at a critical juncture in life. I have helped clients on all levels: whether buying a starter home, moving up to dream home, liquidating estates or acquiring investment properties. I love real estate for all its benefits; such as, the pride of home ownership, the tangible results of sweat equity and the investment potential. I also love Denver for its legacy as The Mile High City, home of the Broncos, entrance to the Rocky Mountains, vibrant downtown life and access to amazing outdoor recreation. My wife and I have 3 wonderful daughters and we can’t think of a better city to raise our family. Here is a little about me and my journey to real estate.
My wife and I love Denver’s older homes and neighborhoods and we purchased our first home in central Denver. We spent countless hours in sweat equity to update the home, which included tiling at 2 am in the morning and painting while hanging from ropes on the steep Victorian roof. We converted our first home to a rental and then purchased a second home and repeated the updating process all over again. This experience sparked my interest in real estate.
I received a BS in Geology in 2002 from Wheaton College, and then started as a Hydrogeologist and GIS specialist for a consulting engineering firm. I continued to work for the firm for nearly five years and gained analytical, presentation and professional skills. During this time my passion for real estate grew.
In 2007, I decided to obtain my real estate license and embark full-time as a real estate professional. The transition to real estate has been a perfect match for me. Through assisting clients with their real estate needs and my own real estate purchases, I have accumulated countless experiences with negotiations, creative financing, renovations, rental property management, investment property analysis and more. It’s a wonderful opportunity to share what I have learned to help others succeed. My goal is to be a resource and advocate for my clients and help them make good real estate decisions.
Because of the opportunities my clients have given me, I have had great success in real estate and have been recognized by 5280 Magazine as a “5-Star Agent” for multiple years and by the Denver Board of Realtors as a “Top-Producing Realtor” for multiple years. I have also become one of the top performing agents in Denver’s neighborhoods.
